Entry Needs



Visas by countries
Visitors must carry a passport good for at least six months before expiration.

Visa:
They must have a one-year visa good for multiple entries that will allow them to stay in the country for 90 days, which can be extended for a like period of time.

Also accepted is the DEX-2 card issued by consulates, embassies, consular offices and passenger transport companies authorized by the body responsible for tourism, in this case the Vice-Ministry of Tourism
(*), which is good for a non-extendible 90-day period for a single entry.

Non-resident visas:
These are broken down into visas for business, investment, industrial business, family members of a Venezuelan, pensioners, household workers, members of religious groups and workers, each of which has its specific requirements.

Countries requiring NO VISA to enter Venezuela (*):
Andorra, Antigua, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominica, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Grenada, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, the Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, San Marino, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, the United States and Uruguay.

Countries requiring a VISA to enter Venezuela
Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and Peru.
All of the Asian countries, except Japan, Malaysia and Taiwan.
All others not on the official list.
