What to Take:

Take clothing that is suitable to the parámo climate, meaning a jacket, wool socks, boots and a raincoat. Complete camping equipment, inflatable mattress, sleeping bag, lamp and flashlight are recommended. For climbing activities, complete equipment is necessary: helmet, crampons and ropes.
