Before getting to this unique place, you must cross the Bolivian Altiplano, from north to south.

You can get there from the city of La Paz going to the city of Oruro and then taking the train to the city of Uyuni. You must drive Jeep-type vehicles to enter into the Salt Deposit and the Lagoons.

The air trip is made from La Paz to the city of Sucre, then by land to Potosí, and from there to Uyuni.
